Η εφηβεία είναι μία αναπτυξιακή περίοδος την οποία ο έφηβος βιώνει ως μεταβατική από την παιδική στην ενήλικη ζωή. Είναι μια φάση βιολογικών , συναισθηματικών, ψυχολογικών και υπαρξιακών αλλαγών, τις οποίες συνήθως βιώνουν με έντονα συναισθήματα και στρες . Βρίσκεται συχνά αντιμέτωπος με διλήμματα και αποφάσεις που καλείται να πάρει, συγκρουσιακές σχέσεις . Και όλα αυτά συμβαίνουν επειδή ο έφηβος προσπαθεί να καταλάβει τον κόσμο γύρω του και να βρει μία θέση σ΄ αυτόν. Γι αυτό και ο έφηβος χρειάζεται εφόδια και υποστήριξη.

Η ψυχική ανθεκτικότητα αποτελεί μια από τις σημαντικότερες ποιότητες που κινητοποιεί τον έφηβο να βρει νόημα στη ζωή του, να αισθανθεί επαρκής και ικανός να λάβει αποφάσεις που αφορούν το μέλλον του, να αναπτύξει υγιείς σχέσεις με το περιβάλλον του, να αποκτήσει συναισθηματική ευεξία, να εκφραστεί με ασφάλεια και ελευθερία!

Μαζί εργαζόμαστε με συνθετική μέθοδο χρησιμοποιώντας ως εργαλεία την ενεργητική ακρόαση, εικαστικές τέχνες, mindfulness, δημιουργική γραφή και άλλες βιωματικές δραστηριότητες με στόχο την ανάδυση των επιθυμιών και τον αναστοχασμό πάνω σε θέματα που απασχολούν ιδιαίτερα τα παιδιά.
